OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (OSCE SPU) envisages to conduct in Four two-day trainings for “112” hotline personnel of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on effective handling of calls from children reporting gender-based violence, including domestic violence cases in the context of war and a working group meeting on developing an online training course for “102” hotline personnel of the NPU on effective handling of calls in the context of war, including gender-based violence cases, on 24-25 September, 26-27 September, 07-08 October and 09-10 October and a working group meeting to be held on 11 October 2024 in Lviv, Ukraine.
