The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (OSCE SPU) envisages to organize a 1-day national forum on 20 September 2024 (hereinafter – the Event) in co-operation with the Supreme Court.
The Event will provide a platform for about 120 participants (judges, prosecutors, governmental officials, bar, scholars and legal experts) to discuss issues related to adjudication of war-related cases and strengthen horizontal contacts between Ukrainian justice sector stakeholders.
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide logistical and technical support. The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services outlined in attached documents for organizing the Event.
