OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (OSCE SPU) envisages organize the XII International Forum on the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights (Forum) in co-operation with the, National School of Judges, Supreme Court, Council of Europe (CoE) and the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in Kyiv, Ukraine.
