Seeking to engage a qualified implementing partner – an academic institution or non-governmental organization working on political affairs, research and policy analysis.
Objectives:
1. To keep and increase the interest of the academic community on OSCE matters.
2. To have a publication channel for academic/research work on topical issues in the OSCE region.
3. To carry out outreach activities to promote debate on OSCE topics.
4. To strengthen the Expert Network on the OSCE, encouraging exchange, joint activities and publications, and widening the pool of experts.
