Within project “Enhancing Capacities of National and Local Stakeholders to Provide Psychological Support and Social Protection to Children”, the OSCE SPU plans to provide furniture and decoration including assembling and installation to four social centres of local communities in Vinnytsia oblast, Ukraine in order to equip comfort zones for children affected by war. Local social centres will use it to provide services to children in accordance with mapped needs in line with best practices.
Quotations submitted as separate complete LOTs are accepted. Bidder can bid for one or more LOTs. Quotations are not accepted for partial compliance to any LOT. Quotations shall be submitted as the following complete LOTs:
LOT I - Supply and Delivery of Standard Furniture and Provision of Associated Services on Assembling and Installation;
LOT II – Supply and Delivery of Non-Standard Furniture and Provision of Associated Services on Assembling and Installation;
LOT III – Supply and Delivery of Decorative Furniture and Provision of Associated Services on Installation.
Evaluation and award will be made separately for each LOT.
RFQ Documents issued both in English and Ukrainian languages. In case of any discrepancy the English version shall prevail.
